When the Pandemic hit in 2020 , I was forced to change my routine from working out with weights at the gym to at-home workouts using professional quality resistance bands. Although I was very skeptical at first, I immediately saw very positive changes all around physically, mentally and emotionally, especially with my energy going through the roof, during and after workouts!
With my over 30-years of experience in health and fitness, and after 4 years of working out exclusively with resistance bands, I developed the perfect at-home health and fitness program for men over 50.

After a 3-hour hike, carrying my 5-year-old son on my back, I came back home with severe lower back pain. I knew I had to get this checked out. When I saw my x-ray results, I got the shock of my life. As a chiropractor, I knew exactly what I was looking at, but I was in complete denial that this was my x-ray!
It showed that I had severe bone loss (osteoporosis)…at 50 years old! A bone density scan a week later confirmed that I had the back of an 80-year-old.
The doctors said that I had inherited the condition from my father, who was also diagnosed at age 50, and I would need to take medications for the rest of my life...medications with serious side effects!
After seven years of trials and errors, I finally found a combination of nutrition and resistance exercises that worked without the high-risk meds. Now at 62 years-old, my bone density has improved significantly and continues to improve every year. I have gained 12 lbs. of muscle, I feel strong and energized, and most importantly, I feel more confident and in control of my body!
The bone density scan from 2022, two years after implementing my new system, showed a significant bone density (BMD) increase of 12.3% of my spine (L1 - L4) and a 9.5% increase of my hip (Change vs Previous (%))
